PNM Usage History Download Instructions
Thank you for your interest in solar. We are interested in providing you with a custom tailored proposal based on your specific needs and electric usage.
Therefore, these instructions will explain to you how to download your electric usage history and provide your usage to us.
1. Please use your web browser to go to www.pnm.com
2. At www.pnm.com, please click the link that reads, "Log in to My PNM."
3. If you have an existing PNM login please enter it now and proceed to step 10.
4. If you do not have a PNM login please click, "I'm a new use: help me enroll."
5. Please click, "Continue to step 1."
6. Please click, "Accept and continue to step 2."
7. Please create a new username and password and enter your eMail address.
8. Please enter your PNM account number. Available on your bill.
9. Please click, "View the account I entered."
10. Please click, "View your usage history."
11. Please click, "Printer Friendly(PDF)"
12. Select "File". Then "Save Page As"
13. Please name the file, "LastName FirstName Usage History".
For example, "Doe Jane Usage History.pdf"
14. Please eMail the created .pdf to us.
